Is my paper up to it. Can it handle my water colours? Is it windy?

“As the monsoon started bucketing down, I sat high and dry on the bank of the Mekong, in my guest house, and sketched the other side of the river – which indeed is Laos. Music from large speakers would come across in waves, disrupted by wind and rain. This quick sketch captures the mood and the humidity of the place”
